ALL ENTRIES TO BE IN THE HANDS OF THE CHIEF STEWARD ON FRIDAY BEFORE SHOW BY 10:00 AM FOR JUDGING, PRIOR TO SHOW DAY ON SATURDAY.
All entries with the completed entry form, to be placed in the hand of the Chief Steward by the exhibitor or representative and entries must be collected at the conclusion of the Show.
Show officials will not be responsible for the collection of entries.
All classes may be split to accommodate entries on the day.
The Judge shall use their discretion and disqualify any exhibits to be under Show standards. The Judges' decision will be final.
Work must be clean, neat and not previously exhibited at the Blayney Pavilion.

Posters may be in segments not exceeding 1m x 2m per segment, on cardboard or art paper for ease of transport & hanging. Due to weight and hanging- please no canvas. For example, Large posters can be in 2 or 3 segments, but not too heavy. Paper and carboard only (not canvas).
