Full registered name; Date of birth; Tattoo identification; Breed; Sire and Dam and Production points if applicable to the class.

ALL EXHIBITORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN FODDER
This section to be run in conjunction with the rules & regulations of the NSW Branch Inc. of the D.G.S of Australia Ltd.
All entries must state FULL REGISTERED NAME of Exhibit, Date of Birth, Tattoo, Breed, Production points if in class 11 & 12, also Sire & Dam.
NOTE: AOB is any other Breed of Dairy Goat recognised by DGSA - which includes Lamancha, Alpine, Sable & Nigerian Dwarf.
ALL ENTRIES TO BE PENNED BY 9.30am Saturday- show day.
JUDGING TO COMMENCE AT 10.00am.
Entries must be accompanied by a Health Statement & Johne`s Disease Declaration and TSS Form to be given to the book steward on arrival
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST SIGN AN INDEMNITY AND WAIVER FORM AND WEAR A WRISTBAND
